Holy Trinity Church
Many of our residents enjoy being active members of the congregation at the local Holy Trinity Church in Meole Brace. While the current church has stood in its present spot for 150 years, there has been a worshipping community in the parish for over a thousand years.
The vicar of Holy Trinity visits us here at Maesbrook every month to give Holy Communion for our residents, which makes it accessible to everyone who’d like to take part – regardless of their physical abilities. Our residents also enjoy participating in fundraising activities such as knitting and crafting toys and other items for church sales.
Maesbrook has always had strong ties with Holy Trinity, and we’re delighted that we can support our residents in maintaining their faith, as well as providing them with the chance to be part of an active, thriving and inclusive church community.
