30 hours per week, including 6 hours supernumerary time
Salary:
£37,440 (£24 per hour)
Benefits:
DBS paid by the organization (if not already on the update service)
NMC annual fee paid
£70 bonus upon completion of mandatory training
We're Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join and lead our dedicated team of professionals. This role is integral to ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care in a compassionate and respectful manner. As the Clinical lead Nurse, you will work closely with the Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring that our high standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the nursing team to deliver outstanding care in accordance with the residents' care plans.
Assist residents with daily living activities while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
Collaborate with the Home Manager to implement a whole-team approach to care, ensuring seamless operation and excellent resident outcomes.
Manage and review electronic care plans and medicines management systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Conduct regular audits and implement action plans to maintain and enhance care standards.
Handle challenging situations calmly, with the ability to prioritise and delegate tasks effectively.
Requirements:
Qualified Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
Previous experience in a senior role such as Senior Nurse, Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead, or Unit Manager.
Familiarity with electronic care planning and medicines management systems.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
