The Role
You will be part of a 45-bed nursing home team, delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting residents with personal care and daily routines
Building positive and meaningful relationships with residents
Assisting nurses with clinical care tasks
Recording care accurately using digital systems
Working as part of a professional and supportive team
What a Typical Shift Looks Like
You will begin your shift with a structured handover, work closely with nurses and senior carers throughout the day, and use digital systems to ensure all care is recorded clearly and consistently — so nothing is missed and you are always supported.
Shift Pattern
Day shift: 07:45 – 20:00
Night shift: 20:00 – 08:00
Fixed 2-week rolling rota
Alternate weekends required
